– biographical data, tax code, place of residence or domicile, landline or mobile number, email address;
– data on your ID, e.g. ID card, passport and/or any other documents necessary to your identification;
When necessary, further data may be collected and processed:
– data on other family members staying at the property (including name, date of birth and place of birth);
– data on the state of your health;
– bank details or data on your methods of payment;
– data on the period of your stay and the modes of transfer to and from Bellatrix S.r.l. properties;
– data on the purchases of services and products provided by Bellatrix S.r.l. during your stay.
Bellatrix S.r.l. also informs you that, in case of interruption of the booking procedure, you email address, as well as any other information entered in the form, will be stored for 4 days in order to enable you to carry out your booking within that period, and you will be sent a reminder email.
If you provide third party data (thus not directly referring to you) to Bellatrix S.r.l., you will be regarded as a separate data controller and therefore take full responsibility and legal obligations.
The above-mentioned data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) for the execution of the accommodation agreement and/or the provision of the services related to your stay and, in particular for the management of the accommodation procedure and the provision of the related services;
b) for the fulfilment of specific and legitimate purposes, in order to keep the accounts, and for tax, administrative, and insurance purposes;
c) in order to comply with our “Public Safety Law” (Article 109 Royal Decree n. 773, 18/6/1931) which requires that we provide identification data of our guests to the police, for purposes of public safety;
d) in order to defend our rights in court;
The processing of your personal data is grounded in an existing contractual relationship, in order to comply with the obligation related to the Italian or supranational law. Therefore, if you fail to provide them, Bellatrix S.r.l. will be unable to carry out the execution of the accommodation contract and your requests.
We may collect data falling under the “special categories of personal data” as defined in Article 9 of the Regulation, such as data concerning health (e.g. food intolerances, allergies, medical conditions).
Any processing of such data will be in accordance with Article 9 par. 9(2a) of the Regulation, therefore with your prior explicit consent. Without your consent to the processing of such data by Bellatrix S.r.l., if you provide them, the provision of the services related to your stay will not be guaranteed. Personal data will not be subject to decisions based upon automated processing, including profiling.
We would also like to inform you that your personal data will be transmitted to law enforcement agencies in fulfilment of the obligations under Article 109 of Royal Decree n.773 of 18/06/1931 or to any other institutions as provided for in sectoral legislation, as well as to pre-determined recipients with whom specific assignments and/or contracts was signed governing how the data will be processed on our behalf and impose confidentiality obligations and data protection, including:
– employees and collaborators of Bellatrix S.r.l. authorised to the processing of such data;
– professionals, professional practices, or companies providing assistance, advice, or cooperation with regard to accounting, administration, law, taxes, finance, marketing, advertising, and safety at work;
– third party companies/professionals which will carry out specific tasks involving the indirect processing of personal data, for instance subjects providing information technology services also understood as provision, maintenance, and upgrading of the IT infrastructure and the software used by Bellatrix S.r.l.
– insurance companies and/or insurance agents, if necessary;
In any case, your data may be transmitted to courts in carrying out their institutional duties, where required by the applicable law.
The data collected to pursue the above-mentioned purposes will be retained for 10 years from the date of termination of your stay, and subsequently deleted and/or destroyed.

The interested party who believes that the processing of their data violates the EU Regulation 679/2016 has the right to file a complaint to the Privacy Authority.
